Welcome Centers
MPS has two designated Welcome Centers to provide in-person support for families. Each center is staffed with customer service specialists who can help with:
- Online enrollment/registration
- Parent Portal account setup and password resets
- Specialized services referrals
- Scheduling of bilingual services testing
- Transportation assistance
- Other parent/guardian concerns

Welcome Center at South Division High School

Note: If the South Division Welcome Center is not open, families are encouraged to visit the Central Services location or call (414) 475-8204 for assistance.
