Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) is committed to supporting families through our designated parent coordinators, welcome centers, and more.

Counseling/Mental Health Services in Milwaukee

Welcome Centers 
MPS has two designated Welcome Centers to provide in-person support for families. Each center is staffed with customer service specialists who can help with: 

  • Online enrollment/registration
  • Parent Portal account setup and password resets
  • Specialized services referrals
  • Scheduling of bilingual services testing
  • Transportation assistance
  • Other parent/guardian concerns

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Welcome Center at South Division High School 
Address: 1515 W Lapham Boulevard, Room 109 | Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53204
Phone: (414) 902-8434 
Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Note: If the South Division Welcome Center is not open, families are encouraged to visit the Central Services location or call (414) 475-8204 for assistance.
