Our Transfer Application Window for the 26-27 School Year for Grades 10, 11, and 12 will be open from April 1st through April 30th, 2026. If you would like to receive an email reminder about the Reagan Transfer Application Window for Grades 10, 11, and 12, please complete THIS FORM with up to three of your preferred email addresses. A reminder email about the application process will be sent from reaganadmissions@milwaukee.k12.wi.us.
In preparation for the Transfer Application, please begin compiling the following documents in a digital format (ex: PDF, JPEG, etc.) for your student:
Transcript through Semester 1 of the 25-26 School Year
Quarter 3 Report Card for the 25-26 School Year
Attendance report from the start of the 25-26 School Year
Most recent State Assessment or Standardized Test Scores (Pre-ACT, ACT, Forward, SAT, STAR, etc.) for ELA and Math
Most recent IEP or 504 (if applicable)
