Sometimes, parents must take a teen out of class for an appointment:
In the morning, send your teen to the Main Office with a note requesting their release.
They will receive a hall pass to be waiting for you in the main lobby when needed.
Fast. Simple.
Forgot to send in a note regarding that appointment? It’s not so fast, not so simple:
We cannot legally release a minor based upon a phone call, email, or fax.
We cannot call your teen for departure until we see your ID to verify custody.
We can only release a student to those listed on the Emergency Contact card.
We suggest you arrive early for your teen. It takes time to collect them during transition, Phy.Ed., lunch, and school-wide programs. As you can see, that early morning note will make release much faster!
